How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you will receive an email with your Colissimo tracking number.
What are the delivery times?
We currently ship within France only: free Colissimo delivery, 3 to 5 business days (express option at €10.99, 1 to 2 days).
Where are you shipping from?
All our items are shipped from our OYA and HUMANI boutiques, on Rue Aubernon in Antibes.
Can I make a return?
Yes. You have 14 days after receipt to change your mind and receive a full refund. After that, and up to 30 days, we offer an exchange or a store credit. Return shipping costs are at your expense. Custom-made items cannot be returned. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged once the protective seal has been removed.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes: for €2, your piece of jewelry is presented in a reusable natural material pouch and placed in a gift bag. Check the option in your cart.
